Vlado Kapor

Vlado has a diverse legal background and is active in the real estate, corporate and litigation sectors.

He started his career as inhouse lawyer in construction and engineering company. As a Legal Advisor and the Head of Legal Department, he took part actively in monitoring dozens real estate investments and capital projects in Serbia and Montenegro and represented clients in numerous litigation cases and court hearings internationally.

Vlado’s main expertise is land acquisition, permitting, property management and legal issues arising from land acquisition and development of real estate projects, corporate law and litigation.

He represented clients in international and domestic court proceedings and before other authorities.

Vlado is fluent in English and has basic knowledge of Russian.
