Nikcevic I Kapor had the pleasure, once again this year, to support and participate in the Belgrade Open Pre-Moot, held on 21–22 March in Belgrade.
Here are some key highlights from this year’s Pre-Moot:
Our colleague, Tanja Sumar, moderated the second panel at the XVI Belgrade Arbitration Conference, “Specials of the Day.” The panel served up an engaging selection of “piping hot” topics in modern arbitration.
Our Associate and Co-Chair of the Under 40 Arbitration Association, Matija Savović, was a co-organiser of the Under 40 Arbitration Conference “Curating Arbitration: Securing the Mandate, Shaping the Narrative, and Staging the Client’s Case” which took place on Saturday, 21 March at the Belgrade City Museum.
For the second year in a row, we opened the doors of our offices as hearing venues, hosting teams from around the world as they went head-to-head, sharpening their arguments before Vienna.
We were also proud to take part as arbitrators in the Pre-Moot rounds, alongside our managing partner, Jovan Nikcevic, and former mooties from our team: Tanja Sumar, Matija Savović, Vasilije Grgurević, and Milan Marković, putting teams’ arguments to the test.
What better way to mark a season of growth than through an event dedicated to building connections and sharing knowledge?
