Danilo Perović

Danilo advises international and local clients on all aspects of Labour, Environmental, Public Procurement and Administrative law.

Prior to NKP Law Offices, he worked in the governmental sector, where he advised Project Implementation Unit, Research and Development Ltd, as Chief of Staff and Chief of the Legal and HR department. In this capacity, he led on general legal affairs, labour, legal aspects of public procurement (procurement plan preparation, preparation of tender documentation, enforcement proceedings) and procedures imposed by Multilateral Development Banks (the Council of Europe Development Bank, European Investment Bank). Is also handled legal advice on the overall tender process, environmental law, as well as participating in meetings and negotiations with the state and international stakeholders.

During his time as Legal Advisor to the Serbian Agency for Environmental Protection, he provided general legal advice in the field of overall tender process and environmental law.
