Nikcevic Kapor welcomes Marcos from Baker McKenzie Argentina!

Those of us involved in international arbitration know how important the #BelgradePreMoot has become over the years. It is not only a key stop in the Vis Moot season, but also a place where ideas are exchanged, and professional connections are formed.

It was precisely in that setting last year that we met Marcos Duelo Solá (Baker McKenzie Argentina), whom we are very happy to now welcome to Nikcevic & Kapor as a guest for the next month!

This visit is a great opportunity for exchange of experience and viewpoints, as well as a chance to get to know different professional and cultural approaches to arbitration. We believe these international encounters to be especially useful and important for younger colleagues finding their path in the arbitration community.

This is the first time we are hosting in this format, and we sincerely hope it will be followed by many similar initiatives in the future – across firms, borders, and legal systems.

This year’s #BelgradePreMoot, with its organization in the safe hands of Milena Djordjevic, will no doubt provide further opportunities for new encounters and exchanges.
