Nikčević & Kapor had the pleasure of co-organizing a recent industry-focused event alongside the Belgian-Serbian Business Association (BSBA), hub.brussels, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia (Privredna komora Srbije). The event addressed key legal and practical challenges currently facing the construction sector.
We are especially proud of our colleague Filip Živanović, who participated as a panelist and presented on the increasingly relevant topic of price adjustments in construction contracts. In light of inflation, market volatility, and extended project timelines, this issue continues to gain significance in both domestic and international practice.
