We are delighted to announce that our partner, Jovan Nikčević, will participate as a panelist at the upcoming Future Trends 2025 Regional Conference, organized by the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES).
The conference will take place on 30–31 October 2025 in Sava Centre in Belgrade and will bring together leading professionals from across the region to discuss key developments and challenges in the engineering and consultancy sectors.
Jovan will contribute to Session 4: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and DAAB – Focus on Avoidance, where he will share insights on dispute avoidance mechanisms and the practical role of Dispute Avoidance/Adjudication Boards (DAABs) under FIDIC contracts.
