The event brought together legal professionals from Switzerland and the Balkans to explore Switzerland’s standing as a global arbitration hub renowned for its neutrality, efficiency, and arbitration-friendly legal framework, and to discuss the global relevance of Swiss substantive law in international transactions and arbitration.
Jovan contributed to Panel 2: “Swiss Law: A Reliable Choice for International Transactions and Disputes”, alongside distinguished speakers Michael Cartier, Milena Đorđević, and Almir Gagula. The panel highlighted the predictability, clarity, and practical benefits of choosing Swiss law in cross-border legal matters.
