As part of our ongoing support for events tackling pressing industry challenges, we were honored to contribute to this important conversation, which brought together leading experts from both the legal and construction sectors.
The panel addressed how inflation and political uncertainty are reshaping the construction industry, increasing the frequency and complexity of disputes. Against this backdrop, risk management has become critical to project success and business continuity.
Discussions focused on the most vulnerable aspects of the construction sector, how modern companies are adapting, and the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in preventing disputes and optimizing project management. Special attention was given to practical applications of AI, including digital tools that help companies anticipate risks, track key documentation, and manage disputes efficiently.
