Our partner, Jovan Nikčević, took part as one of the lecturers at the two-day ACES workshop titled “Claims, Disputes and Arbitration under FIDIC Contracts – Case Studies and Practical Exercises”, held held on 30 September – 1 October 2025 at Hotel Saint Ten, Belgrade.
Together with colleagues Katarina Obradović Baklaja, Blažo Begović, and Nikola Pavlović, Jovan contributed to guiding participants through complex issues of claims management, dispute resolution, and arbitration under FIDIC contracts. In particular, he delivered a lecture on the role and functioning of Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs), sharing both theoretical insights and practical examples from international practice.
The workshop was marked by dynamic interaction, providing participants with valuable perspectives on effectively managing FIDIC-based disputes.
